Syon Link - Diplomate, ACVIM (Cardiology)
Dr. Syon Link returns to California as a member of the CVCA team at San Juan Capistrano.
Dr. Link earned his veterinary degree from Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia, in 2017. Following an initial small animal rotating internship in Perth, he relocated to California to practice as a primary care veterinarian, an experience that ultimately ignited his passion for cardiology. Dedicated to specializing in the field, he pursued further intensive training in San Diego, including a second rotating internship and a cardiology specialty internship, culminating in a formal cardiology residency at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
Now happily returning to beautiful San Diego, Dr. Link brings a collaborative approach to veterinary cardiology. He works closely with families and primary care teams to ensure that every diagnostic and treatment plan is perfectly tailored to the individual patient.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Link and his wife enjoy hiking, scuba diving, snowboarding, and traveling.
