Maria Luz Wang - Diplomate, ACVIM (Cardiology)

Dr. Wang is seeing patients at our Lawndale, CA location.

Dr. Wang earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles, before pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Western University of Health Sciences. She completed a rotating internship at VCA West Los Angeles, followed by a year of emergency medicine practice at a large specialty and referral hospital. She subsequently completed a residency in veterinary cardiology at Desert Veterinary Medical Specialists in Arizona.

Outside of work, Dr. Wang enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also a veterinarian, and their two cats, Pepe and Ellie.
