Elizabeth Martin - Diplomate, ACVIM (Cardiology)
Dr. Martin is seeing patients at our Frederick, MD and Rockville, MD locations.
Originally from Allen, Texas, just outside of the Dallas area, Dr. Marin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University. After veterinary school, she completed a small animal rotating internship at Virginia Tech in 2021, followed by cardiology specialty internships at both Virginia Tech and the University of Missouri. She remained at the University of Missouri and completed a three-year residency in veterinary cardiology.
Her clinical interests include feline cardiomyopathies and the medical management of degenerative valve disease. Dr. Martin is excited to begin the next chapter of her career in Maryland. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys cycling and indoor swimming, as well as exploring the East Coast with her significant other and their two dogs, Allie and Lil’ Bit. She also loves spending a night at home with her cat, Gracie.
