Casey Freeman - Resident of Cardiology

Dr. Casey Freeman is a cardiology resident working at the Fairfax, VA location.

Casey Freeman was raised in a small Massachusetts town and, after enduring a particularly harsh winter, chose to relocate to the South. She earned her degree in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Kentucky, then pursued her veterinary education at Lincoln Memorial University. Following graduation, she completed a rotating internship at VCA Southpaws and a specialty internship at the Veterinary Cardiopulmonary Care Center in Florida. She is thrilled to be back in Fairfax.

Outside of work, Dr. Freeman enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks, and cooking. She also likes to challenge herself with new baking projects and especially enjoys hiking with her family and Labrador/Golden Retriever mix, Henry.
