From all points East of Baltimore:
Take 695 towards Towson. Take exit 29B-A (Loch Raven Blvd.). At the light, turn right onto Cromwell Bridge Road. Turn left up the hill into Towson overlook.
From all points West of Baltimore:
Take 695 towards Towson. Take exit 29A (Cromwell Bridge Rd.). At the intersection, go across Cromwell Bridge Rd. and CVCA is at the top of the hill.
From Pennsylvania:
Take 83 to 695 East towards Towson. Take exit 29A (Cromwell Bridge Rd.). At the intersection, go across Cromwell Bridge Rd. and CVCA is at the top of the hill.
